We build high-end homes and fit-outs across Metro Manila, and have since 1997.

We keep a book
Most of our work sits behind a village gate or on a high floor, so you will never pass it on the street.
Two engineers, the brothers Mon and Bong Gonzalez, started Conmech in March 1997 with a staff of four. They had each spent twelve years running a construction firm, and they knew what clients complain about: quality that slips and dates that slide.
Since then we have written the jobs down. The book held 202 of them at our February 2024 profile, and 141 of those are houses and condos.

What we build
Homes
New houses and whole-house renovations, from the first footing to the last fitting.
Interiors
Fit-outs for high-rise homes, where lifts, deliveries and neighbours set the schedule.
Commercial
Shops, offices and hospitality, on mall and landlord deadlines.
We work from your architect's or designer's drawings, as the general contractor. Point at anything on this list for a line about it, or open it to see those jobs in the book.

Finish to the standard.
Finish on the date.
Impeccable quality and punctuality: that has been the whole promise since 1997.
